I am a person centred counsellor who offers a safe and confidential service for you to talk about any problems that you are encountering in life. Counselling can be useful to explore what is going on for you in the 'here and now'.

I am a registered member of BACP and work within their ethical framework.

I firmly believe that talking to a sensitive and skilled listener can make a real difference. I also believe that one of the most important factors in your therapy is the relationship you establish with your counsellor. Therefore, I aim to offer you my undivided attention and I will do my best to understand you, your inner world and the things which trouble or confuse you without being judgemental.

I have experience of counselling teenagers aged 11-16 in a school setting as well as adults who have a caring role in life. I have also worked as a Learning Support Assistant with children aged 14-19 who have severe learning disabilities and additional needs and have used my counselling skills within my role.
